Rose Petals - I used dried rose petals that I sourced online, however if you have roses in your garden and they are free of pesticides and diseases, then you can use the roses from your garden too.  Sweetener - I have used sugar but if you want to make it healthier, you can add a sweetener like monk fruit, agave, maple syrup etc. Depending on the sweetener you use the color of the syrup will change too. Water  Milk - You can add dairy or plant-based milk to make this syrup, in either ways the rose milk will taste good.

The liquid you get is the rose syrup while the rose petals on the strainer are nothing but Gulkand, Rose Petal Jam.
